In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate resolution of workers’ compensation claims by managing follow-up communications with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

✅ Follow up on outstanding workers’ compensation claims to ensure timely reimbursement.

✅ Communicate with insurance carriers, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve claim issues.

✅ Review and analyze denied or underpaid claims, taking necessary action to resolve them.

✅ Ensure all billing and follow-up activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

✅ Maintain accurate documentation of claim statuses and communication records.

✅ Work collaboratively with billing, reimbursement, and compliance teams to resolve outstanding accounts.

Qualifications:

✔ Experience in healthcare billing, claims follow-up, or medical reimbursement .

✔ Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation claims processing and insurance regulations.

✔ Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR/EMR).

✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

✔ Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
